Job summary

Converse Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with routine store visits to ensure brand standards are met. Compensation starts at $24/hour and depends on market and experience.

You will execute visual merchandising, install marketing materials, and educate store staff to maintain a premium in-store presence. Visits are 1–2 hours, typically two per store per month, with Monday–Thursday scheduling and onboarding before first visit.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising ability to create appealing in-store displays.
• Strong attention to brand presentation and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and on-site with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Educate and engage store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback via the ThirdChannel app.
