Job summary

Converse seeks a Brand Representative to support visual merchandising in Converse Stores. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with supplemental scheduling and starting pay of $24/hour, depending on market and experience.

You will set up displays per brand standards, maintain marketing materials, and drive a strong in-store presence. Visits are typically 1–4 hours, 1–4 times per month, with scheduling arranged with store leadership and onboarding completed prior to first visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Passion for Converse brand and fashion.
• Attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time on site.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines.
• Verify installation and visibility of materials.
• Maintain premium product presentation in-store.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through.
• Submit store visit reports with photos via ThirdChannel app.
