Conversational AI Designer

Location: Remote within Spain

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design Conversational Flows: Create clear and coherent conversational flows that enrich user experiences and ensure seamless interactions.
• Work with LLMs: Collaborate with data scientists to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for improved understanding and response generation within chatbots.
• Prototype Chatbots: Develop prototypes of chatbots, utilizing industry-standard tools to visualize and test conversational designs.
• User Testing: Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively improve chatbot functionalities based on real user interactions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of conversation architectures, user intents, and flows for future reference and enhancements.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in machine learning and conversational AI to continually innovate and improve our designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and technical execution.

Qualifications

• +1 year in conversational design, UX design, or a related field.
• +B2 English level is a must
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Linguistics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and tools, such as Dialogflow, Botpress, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in generating natural language responses.
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and their relevance to conversational AI solutions.
