Job summary

American Orthodontics Corp. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Conventional Machining - Radiance Operator for the 1st shift to set up surface grinders and CNC production machines.

You will read drawings, inspect parts with micrometers and optical comparators, and adjust machines to meet specifications. This role requires 2 years of direct manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Summary:

Set-up surface grinders to machine sapphire brackets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Runsurface grinders and CNC production machines
• Inspect parts to make sure they are within specification
• Read and understand a drawing and machine parts to specification
• Use of micrometer and optical comparator for inspection
• Makemachine adjustments based on measurements
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
