True Focus Hospitality Staffing Inc. is hiring for Guest Services roles including Registration, Room Monitors, and Response Team for conventions and events. Pay starts at the base rate of 13.50 USD per convention, with schedules following the contracted services calendar for the year.

Higher rates are available per event based on experience, reliability, and performance. Roles require the ability to stand for long periods, work multiple days, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• People who can stand for long periods of time for each client service request and position assigned.
• Individuals comfortable working multiple days and long shifts (this will vary per event/convention).
• Team players with positive attitudes who can adapt to quickly changing environments, instructions, and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide Guest Services - Registration, Room Monitors, Response Team, Directionals, and other customer service roles.
• Interact with guests with a professional and helpful demeanor.
• Support event operations and follow contracted services schedule for the year.
