Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree or certification in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities or building management experience.
• Supervisory experience managing custodial or housekeeping staff.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to be on-call for building emergencies.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage facility service requests and ensure completion within established timelines.
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Monitor remodeling or repair projects to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise housekeeping and custodial staff.
• Assign daily and weekly work schedules.
• Approve timesheets and monitor attendance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Oversee and assist with cleaning building areas as needed.
• Coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
