Job summary

Diversified Management Group, Inc. operates convenience stores nationwide and seeks a friendly, outgoing Convenience Store Assistant Manager for our Oilfield Outpost. You will assist the Store Manager with daily tasks including checkout, cash control, inventory, and staff supervision.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, eligibility to obtain liquor licensure, and occasional weekend/holiday availability. DMG values teamwork and continuous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive and friendly
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state/local law
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and assist Store Manager with checkout and cash control
• Manage merchandise layout and inventory; oversee food production and bookkeeping
• Maintain store upkeep and schedule maintenance tasks
• Process customer purchases and ensure excellent customer service
• Supervise, train, and coach team members
