Maplefields RL Vallee is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations across locations in Vermont and adjacent regions. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and customer service.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to policies, and maintaining high store standards while coordinating with management to meet business goals. Flexibility and strong leadership are essential.
