Tally-Personnel, LLC is seeking a Conventional Mandrel Helper II to support fabrication operations in Houston, TX. The role involves grinding with hand and stationary tools, operating sandblast and hydrostatic test units, and performing quality inspections of welded components.

The candidate must read engineering prints, handle measuring instruments, and communicate effectively. Forklift operation and adherence to safety standards are required for daily duties.

Formación

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 2 years related experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read engineering prints and use measuring tools for quality inspections.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to move products with a forklift; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain production and efficiency goals set by Shop Supervisors.
• Perform grinding with hand tools and stationary grinders.
• Operate sandblast unit.
• Operate hydrostatic test unit safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials to be welded and ensure quality control.
• Follow safety policies, keep area clean and organized.
• Assist in training new employees on mechanical techniques.

RoleAs the Conventional Mandrel Helper II, one is responsible for the following functions listed below. The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position.
