Job summary

The ideal candidate has GC or residential construction experience, with proven ability to drive projects forward, manage budgets, and coordinate stakeholders across internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration.
• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC).
• Experience negotiating contracts, scopes of work, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, vendor management, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience developing project proposals, reviewing bids, and managing procurement-related activities; supplier management or strategic sourcing exposure.
• Budget ownership or financial oversight within project environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and facilities-related projects through all phases, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms.
• Oversee supplier management processes, including vendor selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Build project budgets, proposals, and contract documentation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage communications between project teams, suppliers, contractors, and leadership stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and procurement activities are maintained accurately and in compliance with company standards.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, vendor performance, costs, and key business metrics.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams, taking ownership of contract negotiations, scope development, supplier relationships, and project execution from concept through completion.
