The role is safety sensitive. As a Key Accounts Building Automation Controls Technician – REMOTE, you will travel 50-75% to install, troubleshoot, repair, and program environmental control systems in commercial settings, anywhere in the Continental US.

Key responsibilities:

• Commissioning, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing control systems
• Documenting verification and validation procedures
• Customer service and on-site repairs
• Coordinating with team and clients for project requirements
• Maintaining knowledge of Trane products and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years HVAC/Controls experience; technical training preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience with DDC controls preferred

Physical and environmental requirements:

• Ability to operate vehicles and safety equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions

Compensation:

Base pay: $25-$35/hour, depending on experience and location.
