Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a facilities maintenance role in the US distribution services network. This full-time position supports operational data analysis, process improvements, and cross-team coordination to sustain equipment reliability and service continuity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in facilities maintenance, with a preference for CFM certification. You will work Tuesday–Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 6am-2pm, with competitive $37–$41 per hour pay.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Summary of Role:

Shift Details: Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, or until work is completed and Saturday 6am-2pm, or until work is completed

Pay Details: $37/hr-$41/hr

Skills and Knowledge:

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
• Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
