Job summary

Cencora is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to support our distribution services in the US. The role features Tuesday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 6am–2pm shifts, with pay between $37 and $41 per hour.

This is a full-time position in California, focused on maintaining equipment reliability and efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in facilities maintenance, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a preference for CFM certification.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. Responsibilities

• Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
• Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
• Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
• Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Skills and Knowledge

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
• Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.

Full time Salary Range*

$59,500 - 119,020 *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
