Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a technically skilled entry-level professional to provide control system support on projects and service teams. You will assist in installation, start-up, calibration, and commissioning of control systems at client sites, traveling as required.

You will learn to read piping and instrumentation diagrams, assist in FAT, document work, and develop basic HMI/PLC understanding while upholding safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering technology or IT-related field.
• 0–3 years of industry experience.
• Willingness to travel 100% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project installation, start-up and commissioning of control systems.
• Perform instrument loop checks and calibrations.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of control systems.
• Assist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
• Wire instruments and control panels.
• Develop understanding of HMI and PLC applications.
• Read P&ID and wiring diagrams.
• Document work accurately.
