Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a field-based technician to perform system commissioning, troubleshoot HVAC controls, and respond to basic warranty calls. You will provide our customers with effective service to resolve building inefficiencies and act as a trusted advisor on-site.

Ideal candidates have an electronics or HVAC background, strong communication, and ability to upsell solutions while keeping safety a priority.

Qualifications

• HVAC controls knowledge and troubleshooting basics.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration tools.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC mechanical/electrical/controls problems.
• Provide our customers with high level service to resolve building inefficiencies.
