Job Purpose

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Trade School, or Associate’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems used in automotive production.
• Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure alignment with production and maintenance priorities.
• Skilled in identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
