Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Advanced Controls Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, machine adjustments, and basic welding.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience with electrical and PLC skills, be able to read schematics, and operate meters. On-site role with pay up to $45/hour plus shift differential and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance with electrical and PLC skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Strong mechanical, welding, and cutting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• CPR/First aid/Lockout-Tagout training may be required.

Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Advanced Controls Technician - 2nd or 3rd shift with expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues. This role includes performing preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and machine troubleshooting. Candidates must possess advanced skills in electrical systems, PLC programming, and the ability to read and program ladder logic and HMIs.

We are now offering $5,000 in sign on bonuses for 3rd shift, and $3,000 for 2nd shift.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

2nd shift- 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, 3rd shift- 10:30 pm - 7:00 am
