Insight Global is seeking a service technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and service existing building automation systems under various service requests and small projects.
The role involves reviewing programming, installing project databases, workstation builds, and graphics, with continual interaction with building owners and customers to verify operation and acceptance.
Reporting to a Service Manager, this position provides troubleshooting, diagnostics and service activities on existing building automation systems under T&M service requests, planned service agreements, or small service projects.
Independently performs troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on building automation systems. May review and modify job specific programming for various systems; installs, reviews, modifies project databases, workstation builds and graphics.
