• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and controls, with the ability to interpret controls drawings and specifications.
• Expertise in HVAC concepts, energy management systems, and temperature controls.
• Experience with Alerton Controls and Tridium Niagara AX, Honeywell, or other programs required
• Proven ability to troubleshoot building automation systems utilizing digital controls.
• Customer-service oriented, with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Strong independence and self-direction in managing time across multiple projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in control/mechanical system
