Smart Building Technologies in Fort Myers invites skilled Controls Technicians to join our team. You’ll service EMS/BAS systems, perform installations, upgrades, programming tweaks, and controller replacements to optimize building performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an industry-related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems.
• Deep understanding of BAS control components, control strategies, and programming.
• Tridium Certification and Distech experience would be a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert service to our existing EMS/BAS systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Dive into service installation projects, from sensor and relay upgrades to programming tweaks and controller replacements, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
• Conduct proactive preventive maintenance visits, safeguarding our systems and ensuring they operate flawlessly.
• Partner with our service team to troubleshoot, resolve, and verify service issues, ensuring seamless operations.
• Hone your programming skills to become a self-sufficient service guru, ready to handle any challenge, even when remote support isn't available.
