Manpower Group (USA) client in Dallas is seeking a Controls Service Technician IV to join the Service Department. The role focuses on advanced controls installation, programming, troubleshooting and repair, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, a two-year technical degree, and at least seven years of experience as a service technician, with hands-on experience on Siemens, Distech, JCI, Inet, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two-year technical degree in related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Service Technician.
• Hands-on experience with controls platforms such as Siemens, Distech, JCI, Inet, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and device data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage advanced controls installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.
• Diagnose system performance through observation, testing, and setup as required by trade/position.
• Perform planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in the service agreement.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment proficiently.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and clear communication.

As a Controls Service Technician IV, you will be part of the Service Department supporting technical and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$34-$46 Hourly
