The Controls Service Technician III is responsible for performing advanced service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems in commercial facilities. This role works independently on most service tasks, supports system upgrades and integrations, and assists senior technicians or technical leads on complex issues. The Technician III provides strong field support, performs programming adjustments, works with customer personnel, and helps maintain reliable BAS operation while continuing to develop deeper technical expertise.
