Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or related systems.
• Strong knowledge of BAS, DDC systems, and system integration.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in a technical environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical plans.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of controls engineers, programmers, and technicians.
• Oversee execution of building automation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Support revenue growth by contributing to key opportunities and customer relationships.
• Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and overall delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on complex BAS and controls-related challenges.
• Maintain visibility into pipeline activity, forecasting, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams for seamless project execution.

Pay Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 total compensation (salary + performance-based bonuses)

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or related systems
• Strong knowledge of BAS, DDC systems, and system integration
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in a technical environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Construction, or related field
• Experience with controls programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern building automation technologies
