As part of the Controls Room Team within Control Management, you will collaborate with other control disciplines to oversee existing control functions and develop new control protocols, empowering the three lines of defense with risk-based information to manage their control environment. We achieve this by collecting, analyzing, and monitoring firmwide risk-based intelligence across all lines of business and corporate functions.

As a Product Manager within the Controls Room Organization, you will be instrumental in transforming the Control Management Organization by driving key elements of change through innovative technology, frameworks, and processes. Your role will focus on product development of the CORE Application and to evolve the Control Managers' technology experience in the Compliance and Operational Risk domain.
Our development approach will be spec-driven and includes rapid prototyping, leveraging Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot (in accordance with firm-approved tooling and controls). The features we build will be AI-first, embedding intelligent assistance into core workflows from the start.
