A leading company is seeking a Controls Product Manager to oversee all controls-related products. This role involves market research, product lifecycle management, and collaboration with engineering and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Description
What you will do:
As the Controls Product Manager, you will own all controls-related products including AERprocess, VFDs, AERtronic, and products of the Industrial Control Panel. Your responsibilities will include marketing research, competitor analysis, pricing, and both internal & external training. This role requires close collaboration with Electrical & Controls Engineering teams and the Sales Team to ensure successful implementation in customer solutions.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in sales engineering or engineering design, with experience in Control Systems or VFDs preferred.
Skills: Excellent planning, communication, organization, attention to detail, data analysis, problem-solving, and time management skills. Willingness to travel 25-35% and adapt to weather conditions.
Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider is a plus. Ability to learn new software systems.
