Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years manufacturing/processing experience.
• Or an Associate Degree with 5+ years related skills/experience.
• Experience with ladder logic and text-based programming and function block concepts.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design/drafting software for machine controls.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and troubleshooting DCSs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop new control systems and maintain/modify existing ones.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, purchasing and internal staff to improve process equipment efficiencies and automation.
• Be mobile within the organization to pursue opportunities in a fast-paced production setting.
