HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a team in Lancaster, Ohio. This onsite role oversees design, implementation, and optimization of control systems, mentoring engineers and delivering automation projects in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in electrical/controls engineering, 5+ years in controls engineering, 2+ years in leadership, and strong PLC experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in controls engineering within manufacturing/industrial automation.
• 2+ years in engineering leadership or supervision.
• Strong PLC programming with Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
• Experience with SCADA and HMI systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting of automation and electrical controls.
• Strong PM and organizational skills.
• Onsite in Lancaster, OH; US-based applicants only; work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Controls Engineers.
• Manage projects from concept through startup.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Design, install, program, test, and commission automation systems.
• Integrate PLCs, HMIs, SCADA platforms.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement for productivity and reliability.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, safety.
