Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or experience in building automation is required.
• CAD experience and familiarity with electrical drawings are preferred.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Design commercial comfort control and automation systems with supervision.
• Review contract documents and proposals for incorporation into the automation design.
• Create installation drawings, submittal drawings, and sequences of operations.
• Conduct on-site project surveys to determine controls solutions.
• Transition documents to the field and assist with service handoff.
• Follow engineering standards and mentor/manager guidance.
