Qualifications

• Experience with controls engineering, automation engineering, or related background.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC platforms.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in machine building, systems integration, or custom automation environments.
• Exposure to robotics and industrial automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Controls Engineers
• Remain hands-on with PLC programming and HMI development
• Drive custom automation, robotics, and machine-build projects from concept through startup
• Act as the technical SME across controls and automation projects
• Influence engineering standards, best practices, and team development
• Work on complex, high-visibility projects across multiple manufacturing industries
