Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or industrial machinery.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising engineers.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Siemens PLCs and Rockwell Automation platforms.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of controls engineers throughout the engineering and project lifecycle
• Provide technical direction for PLC, HMI, motion control, robotics, VFD, and machine control systems
• Develop and review controls architecture, electrical schematics, I/O documentation, and control system designs
• Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems used in automated machinery
• Support machine integration, debugging, factory acceptance testing, installation, startup, and commissioning
