This working manager role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, at least five years in controls engineering, and leadership experience. Travel ~30%, including international sites, to support startup and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive Controls Engineering experience.
• Minimum five years of experience leading engineering professionals and technical projects.
• Strong experience with electrical design, PLC programming, HMI software, and servo control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Controls Engineering team.
• Own controls design and execution for assigned projects from concept to operation.
• Establish and maintain controls design and programming standards.
• Review specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation; manage schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and leadership to drive project success.
