The leader will collaborate across engineering, product management, project management, operations, sales, and service to streamline execution, develop scalable solutions, and build organizational capabilities to support the next generation of our business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams or technical organizations.
• Experience with industrial control systems, automation, process controls, or related engineering disciplines.
• Experience driving change, continuous improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a team of Controls Engineers.
• Help develop and execute a long-term controls engineering strategy aligned with business and customer needs.
• Challenge existing processes and paradigms - drive improvements in execution, standardization, digital tools, knowledge sharing, and engineering productivity.
• Build organizational capability by coaching, developing, and empowering engineers.
• Partner with commercial, operations, service, and product teams to improve outcomes across the business.
• Establish scalable engineering practices that improve quality, reliability, safety, and speed of execution.
• Identify future capability needs and drive workforce development plans to support business growth.
• Serve as a champion of innovation, continuous improvement, and Principle Based Management.
• Lead technical and organizational transformation initiatives that improve how the team works and delivers value.
• Ensure successful execution of engineering deliverables while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and resource allocation.
