Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams or technical organizations.
• Experience with industrial control systems, automation, or process controls.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a team of Controls Engineers.
• Help develop and execute a long-term controls engineering strategy aligned with business and customer needs.
• Challenge existing processes and paradigms - drive improvements in execution, standardization, digital tools, knowledge sharing, and engineering productivity.
• Build organizational capability by coaching, developing, and empowering engineers.
• Partner with commercial, operations, service, and product teams to improve outcomes across the business.
• Establish scalable engineering practices that improve quality, reliability, safety, and speed of execution.
• Identify future capability needs and drive workforce development plans to support business growth.
• Serve as a champion of innovation, continuous improvement, and Principle Based Management.
• Lead technical and organizational transformation initiatives that improve how the team works and delivers value.
• Ensure successful execution of engineering deliverables while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and resource allocation.
