Actalent is seeking a Controls Engineer to design and develop PLC programs for warehouse automation, including conveyors. You will work with engineering teams and customers to capture requirements, support installations, and troubleshoot on-site across the country.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Technology and 3+ years in controls engineering, with proficiency in Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley tools and Studio 5000.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• At least 3 years in controls engineering for material handling/warehouse automation.
• Proficient in PLC programming for material handling equipment.
• Hands-on with Allen-Bradley and Rockwell PLC platforms.
• Experience using Studio 5000 and Rockwell RSLogix tools.
• Strong automation systems knowledge including conveyors.

Mansioni

• Design and develop PLC programs for material handling equipment.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and project management.
• Gather and refine system requirements with customers.
• Support electrical installation activities and provide guidance.
• Debug electrical installations for controls and motor components.
