• HMI development and MES integration experience.
• Vision system experience with Cognex or Keyence.
• Able to read and redline EPLAN schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of automated assembly lines from power-on to production release.
• Configure and validate safety systems per ANSI/RIA 15.06, OSHA, NFPA 79, NEC, UL 508A.
• Develop HMIs and integrate MES and databases.
• Work with vision systems (Cognex/Keyence) to verify automation.
• Read EPLAN schematics and perform redlining.
