Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing controls.
• Strong experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs specifically Allen Bradley.
• Experience with HMI interfaces and programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide controls and diagnostic training to technicians, electricians, and mechanics.
• Support plant operations by troubleshooting and maintaining control and electronic systems.
• Review and evaluate controls designs for new and existing equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and analog I/O systems.
• Support robotics, VFDs, valves, PID controls, and networked control systems.
• Diagnose and calibrate process instruments and control systems.
• Conduct functional testing and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote safe work practices and perform duties as assigned by the Senior Controls Engineer.
