Complete Control Solutions in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Controls Engineer to program PLCs, troubleshoot in the field, and keep projects moving. You’ll read and edit PLC/HMI/VFD programs, perform startups, and provide end-user training while collaborating with a small team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Software/Electronics Engineering or related field, 3–5 years in controls/automation, and experience with PLC, HMI, and VFD programming. Travel about 50% and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Software/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in Controls/Automation (or provable equivalent).
• Experience with PLC, HMI, and VFD programming software.
• Comfort with analog signals (0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-10VDC, etc.).
• Familiar with NEC basics.

Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Read, write, and edit PLC, HMI, and VFD programs.
• Perform startups, customer/end-user training, and field troubleshooting.
• Verify upstream and downstream process interlocks.
• Travel about 50% and document work clearly.
