Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Controls Engineer in Murfreesboro, TN, to provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving manufacturing process issues. This role focuses on improving plant performance metrics through advanced controls engineering and PLC/HMI systems.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, developing PLC programs, and leading system integration projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of programming experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming with Allen Bradley Rockwell Automation Software.
• Proficiency in Control Logix/RSLogix 5000 and SLC 500/RSLogix 500.
• Ability to program using Ladder Diagram, Functional Block Diagram, and Structured Text.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support equipment troubleshooting events.
• Develop and integrate control systems for automation equipment.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
