Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. in Columbus, MS, is seeking a Controls Engineer responsible for creating, programming, and commissioning industrial control systems, including PLC software and HMI screens.

Responsibilities include on-site debugging, hardware design, and ensuring that systems meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with Siemens TIA Portal and PLC/HMI programming, plus an engineering degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Controls Engineering with Siemens TIA Portal and PLC/HMI programming.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, program, and commission industrial controls systems, including PLC software and HMI screens.
• Perform hardware design for control systems and on-site debugging.
• Ensure all systems meet customer specifications and quality standards.
