Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Controls Engineer to join the CEPG team in Fargo, ND. You will program, upgrade, install and maintain controls for manufacturing equipment across Marvin brands, working closely with maintenance, engineering and facility teams.

You will research new control technologies, troubleshoot issues, support training, and help transfer new equipment to production while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 4-year degree preferred.
• Two or more years related experience/training required.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment and hand tools.
• Proficient ability to read and understand prints and schematics.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Program, upgrade, install and maintain controls across Marvin manufacturing equipment.
• Research and test new control systems and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineers and project teams to transfer new equipment to production.
• Support maintenance and operators with training on control systems.
• Ensure safety standards and electrical practices are followed.
