Controls Engineer / LabVIEW Programmer

You'll be supported with on-the-job training, including the chance to shadow and receive 1-to-1 development from a senior engineer with advanced LabVIEW experience, plus the opportunity to work toward formal certification yourself.

The Role:

• Work alongside a cross-functional engineering team to develop control systems for custom-built test equipment
• Translate test plans into how the equipment should operate during real-world testing
• Set up and run systems using LabVIEW-based control tools
• Travel occasionally to install and commission systems in the U.S. and internationally (expenses fully covered)

The Person:

• Background in controls, automation, or systems engineering
• LabVIEW experience (comfortable setting up or modifying systems)
• Hands-on mindset with exposure to instrumentation, fluid systems, or similar
• Open to occasional domestic/international travel (2-3x per year, fully paid)
