Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in automation, a post-secondary engineering credential, and strong communication. Travel within the US and Canada is required; the team emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering.
• 2–5 years’ automation industry experience delivering projects.
• Proven track record in design, procurement, programming, testing, commissioning and maintenance of control systems.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and client-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
• Willingness to travel within the US and Canada and support a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tasks, subsystems, or work packages with increasing autonomy.
• Diagnose issues and implement practical, value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with senior team members and project leads to achieve results.
• Participate in planning, design reviews, and delivery discussions focusing on scope and quality.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, or deployment activities.
