Job summary

Silver Hills seeks a Flex Controls Engineer to lead design, development, programming, integration, and continuous improvement of industrial automation and control systems in Rossville. The role involves commissioning, testing, and programming of automation, instrumentation, and control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, and networking.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certification, or degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in a Controls/Automation role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of designing, programming and validating machine safety circuits and safety controllers.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning & startup of robotic cells and automated equipment (FAT/SAT).
• Robot and EO A integration including sensors, vision, and motion control.
• Program, configure, and integrate PLC/HMI systems, VFDs, and servo motion control.
