Job description

The Controls Engineer III- Process position identifies, develops, and realizes Rheem’s future automation technologies. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role within the organization, with expectations to deliver immediate and long-term results. This engineer will be part of a controls team responsible for the ideation, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art automated solutions with a first and best-to-market mindset focused on efficiency, safety, and capacity.

This position will serve our Rheem North America Division, located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This position will follow our Onsitework arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Friday.
