Rheem Manufacturing Company in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Process Engineer II to drive manufacturing process improvements in our North America operations. The role focuses on implementing engineering solutions, improving capacity, reducing bottlenecks, and supporting Factory Master Plans.
You will lead Lean initiatives, conduct capacity analyses, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, safety, and cost efficiency in fabrication and assembly.
The Process Engineer II position plays a vital role in plant operations by determining and implementing engineering solutions to manufacturing processes towards the goal of continual improvements. The incumbent must be able to execute industrial and manufacturing engineering functions at a high level of efficiency and efficacy within the organization, and support Factory Master Plans as necessary. This position will serve our Rheem North America, located in Fort Smith, AR. This is an on-site position.
