Ability to interface and coordinate resources with engine controller hardware, engine controller software, hardware in the loop (HIL), and vehicle control/simulation teams is imperative. An insistence on high standards is required to improve engine control system models based on system performance, mission requirements, program targets and constraints. There will be opportunities for contribution to engine control and system analysis technology roadmap and strategy formulation, as well as technical and professional mentorship for junior team members.
