Job summary

A global engineering firm in Trenton is seeking an Engineer to develop cost-effective manufacturing methods. This role includes analyzing existing processes, troubleshooting PLC controlled equipment, and collaborating with engineering and production teams. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and strong analytical skills are required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CAD applications, Toyota Production System, and strong programming knowledge. Qualifications

• Maintain practical knowledge of operating systems and mechanical equipment throughout the plant.
• Constantly seek to improve processes by developing awareness of new electrical control systems and mechanical technology.
• Minimum of two years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred; however, will consider recent graduates with work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective manufacturing methods by analyzing existing processes.
• Design equipment and specify manufacturing requirements.
• Troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment and adjust machine control programs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on projects.
