Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and PLC code (Allen Bradley).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Specify and design control system hardware for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex production and controls issues; perform root cause analysis; document findings.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve defects and improve software and configurations.
• Develop and maintain HMI solutions, charts, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Maintain program documentation, including code comments and standard work instructions.
• Lead upgrades and migrations of robotic/PLC systems and support production cutover.
