Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with PLCs and ladder logic; Rockwell software proficiency.
• Experience programming HMIs (PanelView) and integrations with automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements software and hardware changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshooting and programming of PLCs to resolve problems and improve efficiency.
• Instruct and coordinate the activities of department personnel to maintain top efficiency.
• Coordinate work with outside contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal production line performance.
• Implement improvement plans and activities.
• Maintain records of part parameters, changes, and repairs.
• Support launch programs and housekeeping of the area.
• Engage in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Follow ISO14001 and TS16949 procedures.
