Job summary

E2i Inc is a small systems integrator focused on automation, validation, informatics, control panel design, and fabrication. The role involves designing, implementing, and testing automation and control systems for client projects with leadership and client support in a pharma setting.

You will work on PLC/HMI/SCADA software, electrical hardware systems, and process instrumentation, with strong emphasis on on-call support and billable work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 1-3 years of experience in process control and automation.
• 1-3 years of experience in programming/developing/configuring PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA software for control systems.
• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
• Ability to address on-call requests as needed.

Snapshot of Position

• This position designs, implements, and tests automation and control systems for process or manufacturing systems. This position has discretion over designs and modifications for client projects with Group Lead and client support. It also provides support to fellow team members.

Location & Travel

• Primary Location: At our Lebanon or downtown Indianapolis, IN pharmaceutical client with the possibility to support clients at other locations

What You Need for this Position

• 1-3 years of experience in programming/developing/configuring PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA software for control systems (experience with Rockwell, FactoryTalk View SE/ME; iFix, DeltaV, PlantPAx, PCS7, Siemens, or Wonderware is a plus)
